The Center for Innovation and Impact (CII) Request for Information (RFI) on Managing Market Access and Innovative Financing Activities

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is issuing this RFI for interested parties to provide comments, opinions, and recommendations on managing a proposed activity with the preliminary title of Local Market Access and Innovative Finance Activity. The purpose of this activity is for USAID to acquire support services and technical assistance on a range of market access and innovative financing expertise to improve global health outcomes. It is envisioned that the proposed activity will have a Facilitation Partner as the Prime contractor that can select specialized sub-recipients for a given activity across a consortium through sub-contracts or grants under contract (GUC).
