Description

To address the economic and housing self-sufficiency needs of public and Indian housing residents by providing grant-funded service coordinators who link residents to the supportive services they need in order to achieve economic and housing self-sufficiency; and for elderly/disabled residents to continue to age/reside in place and avoid costlier forms of care. Eligible Applicants

Public Housing Authorities (PHAs), Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs), resident councils, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities supported by residents, PHAs, or tribes. Applicants must demonstrate a 25% match or in-kind donations from applicant or partner organizations.
