Description
OAH will fund grantees to provide capacity building assistance to OAH grantees working to prevent teen pregnancy and improve outcomes for expectant and parenting teens. Grantee will provide intensive capacity building assistance on topics of critical importance to ensure quality program implementation. Topics may include, but are not limited to: community mobilization, program implementation, safe and supportive environments, linkages and referrals to youth-friendly health care services, sustainability, and effectively meeting the needs of expectant and parenting teens. Funded organizations must demonstrate extensive national-level experience and expertise in the specific topic area and in providing effective capacity building assistance. Funded organizations will collaborate with each other, with OAH, and with other OAH grantees to develop coordinated plans for providing capacity building assistance.
