The total funding available through the Cohort 4 RFP is $125 million. The total available funding will be awarded within four (4) categories as outlined in the RFP. Proposals selected for funding will be under agreement from: July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2031. The agreement includes a 5-year grant project period starting on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031.
