Description
To assist private and tax exempt fair housing enforcement organizations in the investigation and enforcement of all alleged violations. To develop, and implement tester training, and enforcement under the Fair Housing Act; 42 U.S.C. 3601-3619 or State or local laws that provide substantially equivalent rights and remedies for alleged discriminatory housing practices. Objectives also include providing tester guidance and other investigative activities.
Types of Assistance: COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS
Eligible Applicants
Organizations with the capability to provide training and have knowledge of testing and testing methodologies. Non-profit tax exempt organization with at least three years of experience in training of large groups.
