The Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW) procures, delivers, and grants the DBW-designed and developed floating restroom to the recipient. The grant recipient then places the floating restrooms at on-water locations convenient to boaters and maintains the units for a minimum of 10 years. The Clean Vessel Act grant program also offers maintenance and rehabilitation funds for the floating restrooms. Eligibility Requirements Eligible Applicants: Public Agency Local, State, and federal governmental entities that operate inland lakes or reservoirs. Eligible Geographies: Inland Lakes and Reservoirs Matching Funding Requirement: Grantee is responsible for operation and maintenance at no cost to the State for 10 years after deployment.
