Description
To provide resources for rental assistance, security and utility deposits, and case management services for families who were displaced by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. The Disaster Housing Assistance Program ( DHAP) would be implemented in the form of a rental assistance program that would continue providing housing subsidies for families determined to be eligible for the program.
