Description
The PSCP tests conservation projects that create �system water� through voluntary compensated reductions in water use. All water conserved as a result of the SCPP becomes system water with the sole purpose of increasing storage levels in Lakes Powell and Mead and does not accrue to the benefit of any individual user.
