This Notice also increases ceilings for ICDBG-IT grants. How to Submit Your Application:You must email your ICDBG-IT application to: ONAP-ICDBG@hud.gov Also send a copy to your ONAP Area Office.Important: Do not submit your ICDBG-IT application through Grants.gov. Applications sent through Grants.gov will not be accepted.
